     Kavama Elizabeth Wall was During High School in Sparta, TN Kay and her sister Jimmie worked part time at the shirt factory. She attended business college and then came to Washington DC like so many other young women from all over the country in 1942 to work as a "Government Girl". At first she lived with her aunt and uncle, Bud and Johnnie Wall Fisher, on North Frederick Street in Arlington. After a few months she lived nearby at Arlington Hall with hundreds of other single women wartime workers. She met Johnny Liebermann while she was there.

In 1972 after her divorce, Kay did office work again to support herself and the children in college with some financial help from Johnny.

She went to Fairfax to live with her son, John, about 1979 and he still (2000) provides for her in his former home on Tedrich Blvd. At age 79 Kay remains very active in her retirement, attending classes and exercise programs at the nearby College.

She married John Liebermann Sr. on 13 April 1945 Chapel, Fort Myer, Arlington, VA; Kay remembers this date as the "day that President Roosevelt died". Kavama Elizabeth Wall and John Liebermann Sr. were divorced in 1972 Arlington Co, VA; Right after Mindy got settled at college in Greensboro NC. Kavama Elizabeth Wall died on 6 February 2007 Loudoun Rehabilitation Center, Leesburg, Loudoun Co, VA, at age 85; Cremation. She was buried on 4 April 2007 Fairfax City Cemetery, Fairfax, Fairfax Co, VA; Ashes interred.

     L. Josie Wall was born on 16 April 1871 Carroll Co, TN. She married John L. Umpstead. They had 2 children: Mack, Johnnie.. L. Josie Wall died on 24 October 1929 at age 58.
