     Catherine I. Wallich was often called Catie. She was born circa January 1870; age 10 in 1880 census.

     Charles Hewett Wallich was a dairy farmer in Howard County, Maryland. The farm was located on Cedar Lane. The old spring house, barn and silo are still there (2004) and being used as the clubhouse for a community in the town of Columbia. Charles was active in local politics.

     Elwood Simpson Wallich was born on 11 September 1904 Howard Co, MD. He married Bessie Lee Gore, daughter of George B. Gore and Sarah (?), on 22 April 1925. Elwood Simpson Wallich died on 6 January 1987 at age 82. He was buried St. Mark's Episcopal Church Cemetery, Highland, Howard Co, MD.

     Horace Ellsworth Wallich was born on 20 July 1897. He married Loris May Tucker, daughter of Charles W. Tucker and Grace L. Padgett. Horace Ellsworth Wallich died circa 29 March 1956. He was buried circa 1 May 1956 Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Prince George's Co, MD; shown in plat book, Cedar Hill Cemetery, plot 9-29-10.

     James Edward Wallich was a miller in Montgomery Co MD in the mid 1870s; later a farmer and carpenter living near Germantown. The ruins of Black Rock Mill where he once worked on Seneca Creek can still be seen. The miller's cottage still stands (2000).

He was born on 8 January 1845 Lisbon, Howard Co, MD. He was born in January 1849 MD. He married Marcella Augusta Bowman, daughter of George Washington Bowman and Eleanor Young, on 19 December 1867. James Edward Wallich survived Marcella Augusta Bowman on 13 August 1874 Laytonsville, Montgomery Co, MD. James Edward Wallich married Anna Rebecca Bennett, daughter of Richard Henry Bennett and Savilla Miller, on 28 November 1875. James Edward Wallich died on 16 December 1926 Rockville, Montgomery Co, MD, at age 81. He was buried Baptist Cemetery, Germantown, Montgomery Co, MD; DAR records indicate JEW's grave is at old baptist Cem on Riffle Ford Road nr Germantown along with his second wife, but grave cannot be located. There is a possibility it was paved over since the roadway passes very close alongside the grave of Anna Rebecca.

Note: in a Nov 2009 visit the paving by ARBW stone appears to have been removed and grassed over, but no grave marker for JEW is visible. KFE.

     John Ephraim Wallich was born circa 11 November 1878 MD; based on age at death. He died on 29 July 1879; 8 months, 16 days.

     John W. Wallich was a farmer at time of marriage, and at Census in 1880. Later apparently a grocer in Washington DC at several addresses in 1880s according to Boyd's Directory; 44 L street NW in 1891.

     Julian Russell Wallich was born on 15 March 1910. He married Mildred Frances Sealing, daughter of Walter Herman Sealing and Annie Elizabeth Wessel, on 20 April 1937. Julian Russell Wallich died on 12 March 1997 at age 86.

     Kenneth Raymond Wallich was born on 22 July 1919 Washington, DC. He died on 6 February 1998 FL at age 78.

     Lola Katherine Wallich was born on 25 June 1912 Howard Co, MD. She married Richard Robertson Stevens on 1 March 1943. Lola Katherine Wallich died on 24 June 1992 Salisbury, Wicomico Co, MD, at age 79.

     Mary E. Wallich was born circa 1837. She married James L. Snyder, son of Joseph Snyder and Jane (?). Mary E. Wallich died circa 1907. She was buried Christ Church, Howard Co, MD.

     Newell Kerfoot Wallich was born on 31 October 1916 Howard Co, MD. He died on 29 January 1995 Prince George's Co, MD, at age 78; last residence.

     Perry Ellsworth Wallich was a news reporter for Washington Post and a rail worker at the Washington Terminal Co. Power House. Later he was superintendant of the Western Electric Co. warehouse.

He was born on 17 November 1894. He married Mollie Estelle Keagle, daughter of George H. Keagle and Mollie E. [Keagle], circa 1916; based on age stated as 22 yrs at marriage. Perry Ellsworth Wallich survived Mollie Estelle Keagle in 1938. Perry Ellsworth Wallich died on 21 December 1943 Washington, DC, at age 49.      Richard E. Wallich was born circa 1916. He died circa 15 January 1920; Entry seen on Plat Sheet, Cedar Hill Cemetery, 31 Oct 2000.

     Robert Ellis Wallich was Federal employee, U. S. War Production Board and Customs. He had a lifelong hobby of collecting model trains and established a toy train museum in Harper's Ferry, WV in 1970 which was still in operation some years after his death.

He was born on 4 January 1918 Washington, DC. He married Catherine Windsor, daughter of Robert Irvin Windsor and Lucinda Watkins, before 1941. Robert Ellis Wallich died on 25 November 1990 Washington, DC, at age 72. He was buried Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Prince George's Co, MD; Flat stone marker inscribed:
